The Finance Division aims to support senior management for effective financial decisions and management. The specific objectives are to conduct financial forecasting (short term/long term) and strategic budgeting, support different departments/divisions for fund raising, securing and mobilizing, effective use of generated financial resource, cost control, cash flow management, utilization of funds effectively and efficiently based on the past year experience, liability management, tax planning, financial compliance as per national policies and donor requirements, and Accurate record keeping of the accounts of NSET.
