The Disaster Preparedness, Response and Recovery (DPRR) Division leads on preparedness, response, recovery and reconstruction (P3R) activities at NSET and extends support to the stakeholders on behalf of NSET. The objectives of this division are to ensure effective preparedness through awareness raising at different levels and sectors, develop and enhance capacity at different tier of government and all relevant organizations for emergency response, recovery and reconstruction, develop, review and evaluate the emergency preparedness, response, recovery and reconstruction guidelines and plans and more.

This division has two units: Awareness, Preparedness and Capacity Enhancement (APC) and Response, Recovery and Reconstruction (3R).
