The CKM Division leads NSET’s communication, capacity-building, and knowledge management functions. Its objectives are to enhance organizational learning, strengthen communication systems, and promote DRR knowledge through training, publications, and outreach. The Division focuses on developing and sharing information resources, conducting capacity needs assessments, and supporting the development of standard curricula and learning materials.

It comprises two key units: Communication and Outreach, and Training and Capacity Building.
