The Finance Division ensures sound financial management and supports strategic decision-making. Its objectives include financial forecasting, budgeting, resource mobilization, and compliance with national and donor regulations. The Division also focuses on maintaining transparency through accurate accounting, tax planning, and internal auditing.

It is composed of three units: Financial Planning, Budgeting and Compliance, General Accounts and Payroll, and Internal Audit.
