Mr. Bhoj Raj Khatiwada, Chief Administrative Officer of BMC said that BMC went on to introduce the Software after the long efforts and series of discussions. He further stated that the service delivery of BMC will also improve and contribute on good governance and accountability of the employees with the effective implementation of the software.
