One more Mason Training conducted in Dhangadhi
A 5 days mason training on “Earthquake Resistance Building Construction” has been completed in Dhanagadhi Sub-Metropolitan City of Kailali District during Feb 18-22, 2016. The objective of the training is to assist municipality in effective building code implementation by enhancing the capacity of masons working inside municipality.
Training activity held as a part of NSET’s Building code implementation program in Municipalities of Nepal (BCIPN). 36 masons including one female, working inside Dhangadhi City are now trained. This is the 7th series of training for Dhangadhi and already 192 masons were trained till 6th of mason training before.
The training was jointly organized by Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, DUDBC Kailali and National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET).
