Orientation to House-owners conducted in Sainamaina Municipality, Rupandehi
A group of House-owners in Sainamaina Municipality of Rupandehi district have got orientation on basic considerations for earthquake resistant construction and promoting overall earthquake safety. Altogether 15 participants (9 male and 6 female) participated in the Orientation program.
Sainamaina Municipality organized the program on April 22, 2018 with the technical support of National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET) under USAID/OFDA supported "Technical Support for Building Code Implementation in Nepal (TSBCIN)" program.
NSET professionals facilitated the orientation program. There is a plan to conduct more similar events in different localities within the Municipality.
