I have worked with NSET Nepal, National Reconstruction Authority,Pin, contributing to resilient infrastructure development. Mr. Sah is a Finance Officer at the National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET), overseeing financial management, budgeting, procurement, project administration, and donor reporting. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and specializes in multi-donor financial reporting, compliance, and cost control.

Hemraj Shiwakoti is a finance and administrative professional with over eight years of experience in NGOs, INGOs, and the development sector. Proficient in GAAP/IFRS accounting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and administrative logistics, he currently serves as an Accounts Officer at NSET. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies and is fluent in Nepali and English.

Mr. B.K. is a development professional with a master’s degree in sociology with over 8 years of experience in education, disaster risk reduction, earthquake recovery, and community development projects. He has worked with NSET-Nepal, Seto Gurans, SEBAC-Nepal and other organizations, leading training, stakeholder coordination, and project implementation across Nepal. His expertise includes education in emergencies, inclusive education, community mobilization, capacity building, and disaster resilience programs.

Mr. Joshi holds Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and have 20 years of professional experience with government and non-governmental organizations in Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation, Education, Reconstruction, and Emergency Response. He has extensive experience in Comprehensive School Safety, education-sector emergency preparedness, disaster response planning, WASH, safe school initiatives, and learning continuity.

Mr. Auji holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, and he has professional experience with Picasso Consultant Pvt. Ltd. and the NSET. He worked on geotechnical investigations, structural and architectural drawings, cost estimation, GIS-based hazard mapping, and land-pooling projects. At NSET, he have been involved in post-fire damage assessment, in-situ testing, retrofitting supervision and estimation, structural design support, and climate-resilient infrastructure surveys.
